Carlisle man charged after setting apartment floor on fire

A Carlisle man is in Cumberland County Prison Thursday, accused of setting his downtown apartment on fire. The New Visions program is a group home, responsible for providing counseling and apartment living for adults with mental illnesses. 44-year-old Gary Lee Custer is accused of setting fire to the carpet in his third floor room.
